Custom Avatar - Fixed

I fixed it. By default, everyone could upload a custom Profile Picture, but Custom Avatar was disabled. Everyone should be able to upload a 100x100 pixel picture for each now.

Profile Picture = This picture shows up on your My Profile page.
Avatar = This picture shows up next to your name on your posts in the forum.

Let me know if there are still any issues/problems with the avatar settings.

Yay, it works.

To change your pictures:
1. Click on "Settings" in the upper right corner.
2. That opens another page where you scroll down on the left to the "My Settings" section.
3. Choose either Edit Profile Picture or Edit Avatar.
