Well I'd better get on in here too!
Got my ham license in 2007 after signing up with a small 4x4 group for a Canyon De Chelly trip.
Been trying to study for my General and also trying to get my head more into the radio stuff.
I drive a 1993 XJ that's slightly lifted... doors? we don't need no stinkin doors!
I do APRS with my Kenwood 710A & an AvMap G5 also have a Yaesu FT8800
Im an H.V.A.C. & R tech (20yrs) also do some CAD stuff too (Trimble FX 3D - Realworks)
Other than that just a busy guy with 4 teenage kids who enjoys the out doors, Geocaching & Radio :cool:
