When we did the import of the member data from the old site to the new site we made the determination that we would like all user names to be the callsign of the user. User names can be changed by site administrators. If you get a new callsign simply shoot the administrators an e-mail with your new callsign and we will gladly make the change. Please keep in mind that your username is your callsign and that is what you use to log in.
If you're studying for a license, or you are a vendor or sponser please use your name and when / if you get your license let us know and we will change it to your call sign/username.
If the membership as a whole finds this policy objectionable we will change it.
Added Username/Callsign Change as an option on the Contact Us (http://www.4x4ham.com/sendmessage.php) form that is at the bottom of each page.
