Radio Frequency: 40m - 7.115MHz. If QRL, QSY up 1kHz until clear. QSY's will be announced 1 minute prior to net start on 7.115MHz, if required. Stations requiring a QSY due to local QRM may contact Net Control 5 minutes prior to the net on 7.115MHz with their request.

Individual elements will be keyed at 15-20 WPM.

Practice/Training: Stations wishing to learn CW or increase their CW proficiency are encouraged to visit http://lcwo.net which is an incremental CW training website provided free of charge by Fabian Kurz, DJ1YFK.
