Here are some online FEMA courses on the Incident Command System. This is a nationally recognized system that government departments use. The information is also valid and it's a great system that could be used by the VJC in Search and Rescue and Recovery events.
IS-100.a Introduction to Incident Command System, I-100
IS-200.a ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
IS-700.a NIMS An Introduction
And if you want more than those 3, check out the full list of online coures from FEMA.
This may be helpful for anyone else taking these courses. I found instead of going through the "Interactive Web-based Course", that clicking on the "Downloads for Classroom" and watching the powerpoint slides was easier for me to learn from.
Also, while taking the test (online and open book), I'd open up the "Student Manual" and do a search of the file to verify my responses. I was able to pass the 100a, 200a, and 700a all with a little over an hour each.
