If I were already moved to Bullhead I'd be all over this one! But alas! with the costs of trying to get this place is Washington sold, and the actual cost of moving 35 years worth of "stuff" 1400 miles, the best I could do would be about $200 and a bottle of Crown Royal, and the Crown would be a stretch. Seriously, that is a good deal, and like I said, if I were already down there, I'd be on it! Good luck. (anybody looking to move to a small town in western WA?)
