    Default LOTW WAS Rules Problem

Ok, so what am I doing wrong?

I uploaded the 2012 log to LOTW. 2009, 2010, 2011 logs for TMM had the grid square field included in the log, so I used the rule "Your Grid Square = DM41mv" to qualify QSO's for the W7AZO-TMM WAS award account. The log this year didn't have the grid square field entered, so I simply added an OR with the QSO date range. With just the grid square rule, we had 35 confirmed states for the previous 3 years. I added the date rule and now we only have 9 confirmed states.

I still don't understand why the date messes it up, but I removed that rule and left just the "Your Grid Square = DM41mv" rule and that is including this year's contacts. I didn't think it was including them, but the DM41mv is added when I sign the ADIF file in the TrustedQSL application.

So, we now have 35 confirmed states for TMM WAS. I know we've worked over 45 states, but those are just the confirmed contacts from LOTW.
